A 5 story Tower house in the Nibenay Basin. Comes with two NPCs.

THE NIBENAY BASIN TOWER

This house mod adds a 5 story tower in the Great Forest. This house has many more facilities than my other houses, but is by no means a "God House." You can find it in the Nibenay Basin (dur), near the Reed river and Carbo's Camp.
The house has 5 stories (in order from lowest to highest).
Servant' Quarters - Where Branus and the Bartender sleep.
Basement - It's a basement... lots of storage.
Main Hall - The first floor (the other two are underground).
Lounge - sitting area with a bar, and a wall of books.
Laboratory - Has an alchemey area, garden andenchanting and spellmaking altars.
Private Quarters - Has a bed and storage etc.
The house comes with two NPCs, a steward named Branus and a bartender named Bartender. They have basic AI, they sleep and sell crap, but that's about it. (I'll probably make an eat package once I figure out how). You can find Branus in the Main Hall, and the Bartender in the Lounge.
The containers are all safe...
===== EXCEPT =====
For the containers in the Lounge and Servant's Quarters. Also if you take from some containers in the Servant's Quarters or sleep in the beds it will be a crime.
To install just extract the plugin to your data directory.
