If your a CS modder and cant find out how to get rid of the realy annoying and cannot find away to get rid of it it simply replaces the sound with a general oblivon sound that fits in well with most oblivon gate locations this is great if your mod(s) is located ontop of an oblivon gate and removes the annoying sound.
