A skingrad-style house build on a levitating rock. Entrance is in a small fortress in the middle of the nortern bank of Lake Rumare. The house itself isn't much large and isn't much eqipped, so don't expect any enchanting altars, libraries, giant vaults, personal oblivion gates, armories, wineries, training grounds, heliports, nuke silos etc. It's just a place for sleeping and storing junk.
