I've created several files to BE an NPC. Here, you ARE "Glarthir". You will look exactly like him but you will have to start a NEW game. You will have all of his contents as well as the NPC. Everything should be set such as face, eyes, Factions, Everything on this one should be set up. His original hair is "Mane". Hair color should already be set.
Notes:
-Glarthir lives in Skingrad. You'll see the NPC there waiting to start bugging you about stuff. You can use your key to go in his house, but anything you touch in there is considered Stealing, or anywhere else.
-Glarthir complains too much about people supposely "Watching" and "Stalking" him. Why don't YOU, as Glarthir, Do something about it? -wink-
