Adds a sword designed for a master of blade. While those less skilled can use it, it will do frost damage to the player while equipped if you are below master, decreasing at each mastery level. At master, you get a magicka bonus and fire resistance while equipped. The stats of the sword are better than any in Vanilla Oblivion. I wanted to have a final weapon for my characters, but I didn't want to be able to use it too early and make all the other swords in the game pointless.
