1. REQUIREMENTS

Oblivion v1.1.0.511 or higher
Oblivion Script Extender 0013 or higher (Get the latest version at http://obse.silverlock.org)

2. INSTALLATION
================
For new users:
1. If using Franchesco's mod disable its Reduced Backwards Running additions by typing 'Stopquest aaNoRunBackwardsStartup' in the console and make a new save.
2. Extract the files into your Oblivion\Data folder.
3. Start Oblivion.
4. Select the ReducedBackwardsRunningSpeed plugin in the Data Files section.
5. Start Oblivion...have fun.

The mod should be fully compatible with old save games.

This mod makes a change to a mod by Krytonix that was re-written by Martigen. Instead of using changes to the Speed stat to make you slower (which can cause problems with Speed), this mod simply turns running off whilst the 'move backwards' key is held down.
