Adds a self-reloading bow to the Arch-Mage's room in the Arcane University. ATK - moderate high SPD - 125% fast
Note that un-equiping and re-equiping the bow will remove any energy arrow you have, since the max arrow it will let you carry is 10.
Also, never enchant the bow unless you don't want energy arrows to respawn again.
