About this mod

A small mod that changes a couple of things in Oblivion, mainly game settings.

Permissions and credits
Hi everybody! I've originally made this small mod for my own pleasure, but then decided to share it with the community.

What this mod does
1)Re-scaled difficulty so that every "tick" means 5 degrees on the original scale.
2)Upped (more that doubled) the bonus/penalty for damage dealt and suffered by the player and everyone else; this means by toying around with the difficulty slider, you can DRAMATICALLY change the difficulty, even to the point of not being fun. (So, handle with care.)
3)NPCs have more health.
4)You can train up to level 500 in any skill (well, I know it sounds extreme, but it makes sure all the megalomaniacs out there can enjoy this game even more :)).
5)But, training cost has been doubled.
6)Horses turn faster.
7)More diversity in encountering hostile creatures; now, even if you're level 25+, you still have a chance of finding Clannfears, Flame atronaches, (plain and ordinar) Skeletons, Zombies and so on.
8)Also, more diversity in items found on enemies/in containers (not all the bandits wear glass armor anymore!).
9)Cells respawn after 18 hours.
10)You can buy black soul gems in he shop Red Diamond Jewelry.
11)Now, you can INDEED buy master-level alchemy equipment in stores above level 18. Previously, it was impossible as it seems (from my own experience and also according to the Construction Set).
12)*OPTIONAL* Adds four super-high priced rings (with base values of 50K, 100K, 250K, 500K gold) to the shops Divine Elegance and Colovian Traders. They aren't good for any practical use, but they can serve as status-symbols.

As a result of the first three, moving the difficulty slider to the right can increase difficulty by a surprising degree. I recommend using a mod that makes collecting ingredients/potions easier so that you can have many healing/poisonous potions. I use chrisdragon425's "Ingredients and Potions in Bulk" and I find it goes very well with the (optionally) increased difficulty.
I also suggest using a skill/attribute uncapper (such as SerpentofShadow's Uncapped Blivvy, which I myself use) to max out the fun-potential.

Installation
If you wish to have the rings in the game, extract both .esp files to your Oblivion\Data directory.
Otherwise, only extract DrITweaks.esp.
Lastly, if you happen to want ONLY the rings, but not the changes, extract Rings.esp.
After that, start the Oblivion launcher, select Data files and check the my mod file(s).

Legal
There's nothing I could claim copyright for, as I only messed with settings, and even the models for the rings came from original Oblivion, thus I don't feel this part is very useful, but anyway, it looks so "professional" to have it :D.

Thanksgiving
My thanks go to xuphor; after downloading his mod "Difficulty scaler" did I decide to toy around with difficulty settings.
And also, thank you, Bethesda, for making this great game and making it so maoddable!
