A few items added to the buyable shack in the imperial city waterfront.

Items added to the house in the imperial ciry waterfront, to get the chest you must go to the three brothers trade goods and buy the house add ons, liek dining area etc. its the chest in corner, i belive the add ons are 500 coins each, if you dont have money use player.additem 0000000f 100000 to get some coins

mainly for battle mages, and those that use blade and heavy armour, also a few blunt items.
Ring Of Gods - Fortify Health, Magic & Fatiuge 100,000pts of self; feather 10,000 pts on self; water breathing on self, absorb magic 1000pts on self; sheild 1000% on self light 10000 ft on self
Nocturnals Ring - Charmelon 1000% on self
Hood - detect life 10000 pts on self
Full Steel no Helm - body - fortify acrobatics 60pts
greaves - fortify athletics 50 pts
boots - fortify speed 100pts self
gloves - fortify security 60 pts
(the armour i pretty sure thats the enchantments)
All steel weapons (normal) + Steel Long, Claymore, Battleaxe with faster attack rates and heared hits (60 i think)
