Donation Points system

A fire version of the sword Chillrend, with a miniquest to obtain it. To obtain this weapon you have to of previously completed "The Killing Field" with both sons surviving. Then speak to Valus Odiil, and he will give you the quest.
It is a short quest, and there may be a few bugs. So PM me or comment on any you find. The weapons attributes are the same as Chillrend's except for a now obvious Fire element. It is a leveled weapon.
