Asag is a mod that adds a playable race of monstrous demons. These demons are based on ancient Summerian mythological poem called "Lugale." In the Sumerian mythological poem Lugale, Asag is a monstrous demon. He is described as being hideously repulsive; so much so as to cause fish to boil alive in the rivers. He was said to be accompanied into battle by an army of rock demon offspring - born of his union with the mountains themselves. He was defeated by the god Ninurta. Asag, whose name means "demon that causes sickness", was often associated with the serpent or dragon mythological archetype by historians.
This was my main inspiration for the race. I do think that Asag would be a better creature to add in the game, but making a race was easier so..
I may update this mod in the future if I find a way to give him a "give disease" spell, because of his name meaning "demon that causes sickness."

Thier stats are as follows:
Str - 65male 65female
Int - 45m 45f
Will - 55m 55f
Agi - 35m 35f
Spd - 30m 30f
End - 50m 50f
Luck - 30m 30f
Pers - 10m 10f
+10 Blunt
+10 Destruction
+10 Conjuration
+10 Heavy Armor
+5 Mysticism
They come with the following spells & abilities: Resist Disease, cast Weakness to Disease & Poison, Minor Damage health, and Summon Storm Atronach.
This is my 7th custom race mod I've released, they are simple modifications using the Construction set. Feel free to use this mod in any of your own, feel free to alter it, or use any ideas from any of my mods. A little mention of credit would be appreciated but it's not that important to me. Please dont hesitate to give me any suggestions or ideas. You have the choice to use all the different vanilla race eyes and hair for Asag. I personally like Argonian and Demora eyes.
Possible bugs: If your character's face changes for some reason (usually on the character/race select screen) just click "reset" in the "face" section. Note: not all hairstyles will appear attached to the character's head, most of them do, but you can probably get around this with a few cosmetic changes if you must.
Installation:
Simply unzip or drag&drop the "Asag.esp" file into your Oblivion/data folder
