Cosmetic Compilation Revived (CCR) strives to offer a baseline cosmetic compilation while maximizing compatibility with other mods, without patches.
CCR is available in two versions. Both versions include:
Ren's Beauty Pack v1.1 (full, including Mystic Elves race)
Flonne Eyes for Ren's BP
Daikon's Natural Faces v0.95
idkrrr's Corean Hair for Original Race v1.8
Babe's Hair v1.0
Soya's 4 Hair v1.0
CCR - EE includes Nequam's Elaborate Eyes and Flonne's Eyes converted to the EE mesh by LFact for vanilla races.
CCR - Capucine includes Capucine's Character Expansion v1.3b and Jeepers Creepers Peepers v2.
IMPORTANT: CHOOSE ONLY ONE VERSION!

UPDATE: LFact delivered a cosmetic pack for Elaborate Eyes that is super set of mine. If you prefer the Elaborate Eyes eye mesh, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND installing her mod instead! It has more hair and eyes than mine (include Capucine's and Jeeper Creepers), but it doesn't include Mystic Elves custom race and Natural Faces textures, both of which you may just install separately.

The two versions use different eye meshes (EE uses Nequam's eye mesh and Capucine uses vanilla eye mesh), and I'm too n00b and lazy to convert all the eyes to fit one mesh, so I had to offer two different versions. Choose your preference.
You no longer need the original mods, as this is a complete download. If you were using my previous Corean/EE/Ren merge, then you simply need to install CCR - EE and overwrite any files. Be sure to delete the previous ESP and use the new CCR - EE.esp only.
Both files come in OMOD form only. You'll need Oblivion Mod Manager (http://timeslip.chorrol.com/obmm_download.html) to install them.
COMPATIBILITY ISSUES

None that I am aware of, as long as you use these mods correctly (example of using incorrectly: using eye textures for Ren's eye mesh while using CCR - EE). Custom races, such as the Corean race or the Cute Elves race, should not conflict with this mod. Body mods should also be problem-free.
