Makes it so you can make some skooma with a special Mortar and Pestle that will appear as loot and in stores at the level of a master Mortar and pestle (This is because it IS a master mortar and pestle. The level you will start finding the mortar and pestle is level 17 as loot and 18 in stores. To make some skooma you need mort flesh, wisp stalk caps, Rat meat, and Glow dust
