Most of the Imperial city is nice and green. With some trees here and some shrubs there. But the one place i commonly visit, the market district, is all concrete and rocks.
This mod is super simple. All it does is add some trees, flowers and shrubs to the market district. Gives the market district a good feeling, like it's been there forever
