About this mod

This doubles the fines for crimes. Also the evidence chest now require the dungeon key to unlock. Now with shanks!

Description
============

I created this mod because I felt the fines were too lenient. All fines are doubled except jailbreak it has been raised to 500 gold.

Regaining your stolen stuff from the evidence chest has now been made more challenging by changing the lock from "very easy" to "Needs a Key". Each jailer has a key, you will need one from each jailer.

Version 1.1 Changes

changed the level of the most prison door locks to hard
Imperial City's lock has been changed to very hard
Bravil's lock has been changed to easy, because the count is lazy and didn't upkeep the prison.
All locks are leveled but I will remove the leveled locks in the next version.
Moved all prison markers to inside the prison so when you serve your time you will reappear near where the jailer sits.
Anvil Jail now has a new resident.

Disabled the changes i made to the prison markers.
added the ability to make shanks. To create a shank while in jail you must find the scroll named Make a Shank and add it to you inventory. once you find the materials in the cell read the paper again and the shank will be made.

Installation/Uninstallation

to install unzip crimesandpunishments.zip to your Oblivion data directory
to uninstall delete the file named crimesandpunisments.esp

Upgrading to v1.1
extract all files to your oblivion data directory, when asked to overwrite the file crimesandpunisments.esp select yes.
