My take on the way Races and Birthsigns should have been done in Oblivion. I\'ve tried to keep this true to the lore of both Morrowind and Oblivion, as well as factoring in some community added lore, and my own tastes.

This is my take on how the races and birthsigns of Oblivion should have been done. This mod will NOT be compitable with any other mods (that I know of) that change the skill bonuses, or base attributes of the default Oblivion races. Mods like Rens that just add new hair and eyes should work fine, just make sure you load them AFTER this one.
The exact nature of the changes that I've made is all in the readme. There are two files: BRO-No Changes to The Thief leaves the Thief Birthsign as it is in default Oblivion BRO-Thief Changed adds 5 points to each of the Attributes that the Thief changes; Agility, Speed, and Luck.
This is the first step in a series of "tweak" mods that I'm making. If you are running OOO make sure you load this first. If you aren't using OBMM to manage your load order then I'd advise you get it post-haste. (OBMM)
