Sweetspring Island Readme
--------------------------------------------------------

This mod adds a beach island in a new worldspace and a boat in Topal Bay outside Leyawiin to take you there.

--------------------------------------------------------
Version History
--------------------------------------------------------

Version 1.1
Added coral, more tropical flora, a horse and stable, and a pathgrid.
The island's clams with pearls now respawn for even more colorful pearls

Version 1.0
Created the island and added most of the content.

--------------------------------------------------------
Features
--------------------------------------------------------

An island in a new worldspace
A free Leyawiin-style beach house with safe storage
Bathing suits to wear
Tropical fish, coral reef, and even sunken treasure to discover under water
A beach camp with towels you can sleep on
Palm trees and other tropical plants
Clear weather, blue waters, and no enemies--this island is meant for relaxing!

--------------------------------------------------------
Notes
--------------------------------------------------------

All containers inside the house are safe, but most containers outside will respawn. The beach supplies chest is also safe for storage.
If a male character tries to wear a bikini top, it won't be visible. I know this will be a huge disappointment to many. ;-)

How to find the island
--------------------------------------------------------

There is a boat just outside Leyawiin, on the eastern bank of the very north of Topal Bay. Look for water hyacinths. Go inside the boat and activate it to travel to the island.

Installation Instructions:
--------------------------------------------------------

Extract all files into Oblivion's Data folder (usually found under C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data). Make sure you keep the same directory structure, with the meshes going into your existing meshes folder and the textures going into your existing textures folder.

Once you unpack the files, you will need to activate the mod by checking it from your Oblivion Loader screen (click the Data button). Make sure SweetspringIsland.esp is checked.

If anything doesn't show up correctly, make sure you have all files in the correct locations! This mod will not work unless you place the files in the right place.

--------------------------------------------------------
Known Issues & Conflicts
--------------------------------------------------------

I do not know of any conflicts for this mod. Any mods that change the same place that the boat outside Leyawiin is can potentially conflict, so let me know if you have trouble.

The weather stays clear with both vanilla Ob and the Atmospheric Weather System mod, but I have not tested it with any other weather mod.

This mod was created by Deandra at the UESP (Merilia at TESNexus because the username Deandra was taken), but I have used resources from several other sources.

The coral and most of the new plants were created by Koniption. Many of the textures I have used from Koniption's resource file are made from photographs taken by Forest & Kim Starr. Please see the documentation for KoniptionsKreations - ResourcePack 1 (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18961) if you would like to use these meshes and textures in a mod of your own.
The water around the island is taken from the water in the Phinix Waterfix mod.
The tropical fish are from Phitt's Fishtanks resource.
The palm trees are from Prometheus's Animated Palm Tree resource. Also, thank you to exilehunter's Halcyon Island for letting me see the palm trees in action before I put them in my own mod. As a side note, if this mod isn't exactly what you're looking for, check out Halcyon Island as an excellent island home mod.

The paintings in the house are by Kelly Tunstall, Alfons Mucha, Georgia O'Keeffe, and Paul Berthon.
