About this mod

Ever wanted to live in a really fancy sewer? What if I said it was REALLY fancy?

Permissions and credits
Yet another in the never-ending series of My First House Mods™ churned out by the newb modding community, my personal contribution adds a beautiful*, four-room hideout underneath Anvil's city streets, carved in the style of the Imperial Sewers.

* claim subject to the beholder's eye

Inside, you will find everything the budding adventurer or long-standing champion might ask for in a home built from sewer parts:

- a large display room, filled with cases and altars.
- a study, with alchemy bench.*
- a combat training area.**
- a bedroom. (!)
- a ciste---
- a POOL, filled with friendly (!!) slaughterfish and bedecked with style and grace.
- an easy way in and out.***

* contains no alchemical apparati. Apparatuses. Whatever.
** will not make you a better fighter.
*** ladder.

Upon entering, you might see a letter on the ground. It's definitely THERE, but you might miss it 'cuz the inside is so awesome and it's sort of small.

Read it and be told the story of Thin Legs, the most feared smuggler to ever live underneath the city of Anvil in what the townsfolk assumed was a stinking, rotten hole. Reading this letter gives you a special bonus as well, so be sure to look for it!

In the study, find another letter, this time from the home's more recent owner, the stylish High Elf mage Caefendil, whose interior design sense made this home/hideout/rotten sewer the wonder it is today.

BONUS FOR USERS OF WAViON2'S QUICKSTORE MOD:
The storage/display room contains 9 pre-labeled containers for use with Wavion2's QuickStore mod. You have to set them yourself, but with the chests labeled you'll have a much harder time forgetting what stored what!

If you don't have this mod, you should definitely get it. Here it is:
