This mod makes the following changes to leveling:

Script handled leveling progression based on 10 improvements to major skills as per normal leveling. Attribute modifications are applied right away and there is no "level up" screen.

For each attribute there are three related skills. When a combination of two or more points are gained in the sttributes skills (no matter the skill, ie: one hand-to-hand skill and one blade skill equals two skill upgrades), the related attribute increases by one.

For every 15 sttribute increases (including luck), luck will increase by one.

Every level up counts as eight attribute increases for the luck leveling.

This mod makes use of OBSE. I wrote it with v0014 but you may only need an earlier version.

All leveling requirements are stored as globals which can be easily modified. Just change the values to make leveling slower, faster, more balanced (the luck increases a little too fast for my liking at 15).
