Description
===========
Adds a merchant inspired by Creeper from TES3:Morrowind. Like the original Creeper, this one sells/ buys items at very high percentages and carries a substantial amount of gold and a surprise.

Location
========
Telling you where he is would spoil the fun and turn this into a cheat; now, wouldn't it? ...That's what ==SPOILER== readmes are for

Hint:
There is a rumor floating about shady dealings in a specific Cyrodiilic city. Follow your instincts.

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

---->INSTALL CREEPER.ESP AFTER BASHED PATCH (if you are using Wrye Bash-highly recommended) OR AFTER ALL MODS DEALING WITH ITEM VALUE OR ALTERING TRADERS.

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Inspiration:
Thank you to all the wonderful folks at the official Oblivion Mods forum, especially El_Hombre for inspiring the idea.

Assistance:
WillieSea: Alpha testing, bug hunting, trouble shooting and script writing. Game crippling bloat WOULD have happened if not for his script.

Elessar_VPR: Creeper would have been mute if not for this incredibly helpful individual. A thousand thanks.

Ivy: caught cosmetic mod eye incompatibility issue

Kielanai: amazing drum resource. It can be found here: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6879

Kivan: Without whom Creeper would have been a modified human. THANK YOU FOR THE SCAMP SUIT!

Thanks to Bethesda for creating Oblivion.
Thanks to LHammonds for the Readme Generator this file was based on.
Thanks to my wife for giving up her weekend.
Thanks to God for creating us all.
