Magic Projectile Speed Multiplier

Description

A very small tweak that'll change Magic Projectiles Speed.
Contains the speed options of: X1.5, X2, X2.5, X3, X3.5, X4, X4.5, X5 .
X5 is almost instant hit.
Mind you, this affects ALL MAGICAL PROJECTILES, your's and the enemy.
if you're using another mod that changes indivisual spells speed this will multiply them too.
Installation
------------
Choose only one of the esp files.
copy the esp file to your Oblivion/data/ folder and mark it in the Data files menu when starting the game launcher.
