- Because of how old these mods are, I'm no longer updating them. They're all over two years old and they've had their time. Description

Adds to the game a sword of unknown history and past.

Good for roleplaying to create your own mystery about it, or assigning it it's own as if it was always with your character.

Location
========
If you want to increase the mystery, don't read this! The sword it actually very hard to find if you don't know where it is. You may just randomly stumble upon it. For those that don't want to know where it is exactly, know that it is in a generic-like chest and is simply labeled as "Chest".

But, if you want to know where it is, you'll need the screenshots for an exact location. The screenshot "rinzei_location_map.jpg" shows the location, in the Heartlands, northeast of Mephala's Shrine. The screenshot "rinzei_location_chest.jpg" shows exactly what the spot looks like.

Details
=======
My second custom-made mod was a trial. Problems with textures, normal maps, glow maps, collision problems, mesh problems, mod conflicts...I'm glad it's done now though and hope you guys will enjoy it it.

Here's the info on it:

Weight - 60
Health - 1000
Value - 6000
Damage - 30
Speed - 0.9
Range - 1.4
Ignores Normal Weapon Resistance

Summed up, it's slightly better than the Daedric Claymore and has the same effect against ghosts and the like as Silver, Daedric, and Enchanted weapons do. The weapon is unenchanted so that the player can decide what they'd like to use it for.

When polled, the consensus was that the sword should be located out in the middle of nowhere with no explanation. And that's the idea that stuck. Without the screenshots to the location, it'll be hard to find. Hell, I put it in and got lost the first time I tried to find it in-game!

There IS a slight quality difference between the Texture Sizes. The only time this is really noticeable, however, is when the sword is out in first-person view. That's because there's some intricate etching around the two silver ends of the hilt that gets lost under Medium and Small texture. Viewing in third-person, however, doesn't have this same quality loss. There's a screenshot on the download page to demonstrate the difference.

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Incompatibility
===============
This mod may conflict with a mod that changes the area of the Heartlands it's located in. I tried to locate it in a barren place in hopes of avoiding conflicts with other mods.

For those that know where there mods are, this mod is located in the (16,69) cell.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
There was bug before that when the sword was dropped, it would float and your character would lose collision properties with the cell it was in. This has thus been resolved on my own experience, but if anyone else experiences this, please let me know.
