Chuck Norris gets out of the slammer with one mission: OBLIVION PAYBACK.
NOW HE CAN ACTUALLY KICK USING SEPH'S MOD:

This is not a companion or NPC mod. It is a main character race mod.
This mod was done quickly; you may be able to do a better job by going into the PC console and altering his features just as you would any main character.
