About this mod

Tower for the Magicly Inclined. All the Comforts of Home and then some. Start the search for the Tower by locating the corpse of the former owner near the isolated high tower near Fort Scinia. Ensure borders are disabled or it may be impossible to reach. (Remake of my Tower of Tharn, Dont run both at once. I have removed (I hope) all trace

Permissions and credits
Tower of Atheria by OUAMD
(Formally Tower of Jagar Tharn by Alexyi) DO NOT RUN BOTH, Empty Tower of Tharn of all possessions, save, then uncheck Tharn and play and save again to ensure clean load of Atheria.

***I knew I forgot something, due to my lack of proper scripting you will have to drop the Tower Manual and activate it for the Map to add**** Sorry for the inconvenience

Created with newest Patches to both Oblivion and Construction set. So if your going to edit or play keep those things in mind. I tried to make it hard to reach so low level players would struggle to get to it.

Installation: Copy TOwerofAtheria.esp in your Oblivion\Data\ Folder and Check it then start your game.

**Important. You must disable Border Regions in your oblivion.ini file (usually found in my documents\my games\oblivion folder.** change [General] bBorderRegionsEnabled=0 (I.E. change the 1 to a 0) [MAIN] bEnableBorderRegion=0 (One of those might be unnecessary.).**

Storyline: Simple one of Mage building a dream tower. He succeeded but died before reaching it. You can find his corpse near Fort Scinia to the South East of Cheydinhall. Look in the remote Tower away and North of the main fort and you should find the body.

Features of the Tower:

Laboratory - Spellmaking and enchanting. For spell making aim for the center circle in the middle of the room. Look around you should get spellmaking. Enchanting is an alter/table to the side.

Top of the Tower - Reach through Portal in Laboratory. Contains a nice view of foggy weather (nothing I can or would want to do about that). Also has an atherial leak which is just a ayalaid well without the wait interval between doses. Seriously dont jump off unless your high high hps. It will hurt. Its really high.

Living Chambers (self explanatory). Contains nice little eating area, Portal to baths. Make sure to check out the desk on the upper level for a necklace that will add a recall spell.

Garden - Nice little place to get componants for endgame potions. Mostly Healing and Magic. Not more then 8 sets of plants but plenty of each.

Nexus - With Portals to various sites of interest. Tried to do to all Rocks and Glades. Makes a nice change from just to cities. Have one to Imperial Palace as I would think makes sense.

Library - Self explanatory.

Trophy room - Plenty of places to display your treasure.

Treasure room - Place to put your gold (if you have a gold dropping utility) and gems and other misc items. It really looks cool with the bins loaded with loot.

Baths - Reached through the Living chambers. Place to relax and unwind.

Portal Room - Takes you to other parts of the Tower

Words of Warning - Companions might act quirky, Ive had some get lost from time to time. So be careful. Also, Try not to freek if someone wanders through. I think the NPCs that travel will sometimes use the end portals through the nexus to take shortcuts. I tried to keep this from happening by burying the portals themselves but Ive seen it happen a few times. Since the NPCs spawn at heights they sometimes die. I think I would resolve this by adjusting the base fortifications upwards but Its the price they pay for invading my home.

Anyway have fun. It was built to make me happy and it works. I really really wanted a permanant portal to oblivion but I couldnt make it work.

Also Users of Ivellon mod by Lazerus will have no trouble finding the Tower of Atheria and vice versa they should not cause any conflicts. This is merely coincidence and not a case of tower envy. Ivellon is an excellent mod! I hope we can be good neighbors...
