******** DESCRIPTION ********
Adds Lucius, a rich merchant, to the road outside Cheydinhal (just follow the road Southwest!). He has 25,000 Barter Gold and will buy anything that is not a quest item (or stolen).
NOTE: Economy mods will modify his barter gold; some people have said theirs goes as low as 2,000 and as high as 64,000.

v1.1: Updated AI packages, made him a little more human-like, added a "CLEAR INVENTORY" topic to empty his inventory.
v1.0: Initial Release.
******** INSTALLATION ********
Unzip the ESP file to your Data directory, add it to your load order, and run Oblivion.
******** UNINSTALLATION ********
Remove the ESP from your Data directory.
