Gambler BirthSign
This is a simple mod that replaces the tower BS (the most useles one IMO) by a birthsign called 'the gambler'. I made it for only 2 reasons: First I wanted to mess around a bit with the CS, second, and more important, I hate how slow you can only raise your Luck attribute.
The gambler birthsign fortifies your luck by 25, and does nothing else. I am more or less confident it won't kill game balance. If I wanted to do that I would probably have fortified luck by 200.
Although I have not tested this, it holds little doubt this mod WILL conflict with other mods who alter birthsigns.
