Adds a scenic four building village, with a quest for a player-home.

Permissions and credits
v1.02 Is now out, download this to get the OOO Fix, plus a quest dialogue fix. Hopefully that will be the extent of the bug fixes and we can more on to version 1.1.
v1.01 OOO FIX

Download version 1.01 for the OOO fix for all those using OOO. Otherwise, you can download the regular version and be completely fine.

Description
===========
Adds a four building village to the scenic Lake Canulus. After doing a quest, you'll be able to purchase your own home.


Details
=======
- Adds 4 buildings, all on a waterfront
- 5 NPCs, all with AI
- One player-home, with quest to gain it.
- Roughly 8 new books are added, from the TESFU Book Collection mod.
- An inn, with publican who sells beds and food.

To start the quest, simply go to the inn, and the innkeeper's wife will contact you.

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).


Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

Which will be the .esp, and also the sound files. It will be in,

Sound/Voice/Lake Canulus Village.esp (and just delete that file).



Incompatibility
===============
This mod is known to conflict with Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul because the camp location for the quest is directly where the slave trader camp is for OOO. You can still play through the mod fine, but the quest is affected because of that, and you won't see everything that can possibly happen within the quest. (You'll still get the home, however).

We are currently trying for a workaround on the OOO problem.

Otherwise, there are no other known incompatibilities with other mods.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
Currently, we don't know of any bugs. If for some reason you have any, please tell us and we'll try and fix the problem.

1.01- Somewhat working OOO Fix released
1.02- Better OOO Fix + Fixed an error with quest dialogue for the village.

Plans for 1.1, 1.2
