Mod to Oblivion that adds some ranked Guards.
I know Sergant (Spelled Sergeant) Is spelled wrong.
However this is such a small bug that i cannot be arsed to fix it for just that. Atleast not right now.

This is my first realesed mod, this mod makes some new guards, that is ranked. Lieutenant and Corporal in Market District. Sergant in Waterfront. Colonel in Talos Plaza Major in Elven Gardens. This mod is just for fun, and i dont expect any especialy good rating, but some nice feedback would be nice.
