The armor is sold by Shady Sam who is located outside the Imperial City.

Installation

1. Extract the files 'UFF & RM Black Plate Armor.esp' and 'UFF & RM Black Plate Armor.bsa' to Oblivion\Data\ folder.
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the 'UFF & RM Black Plate Armor.esp'.
3. Enjoy!

Deinstallation

1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck 'UFF & RM Black Plate Armor.esp'.
2. Delete 'UFF & RM Black Plate Armor.esp' and 'UFF & RM Black Plate Armor.bsa'.
