This addon makes all the NPC dialog lines in The Lost Spires mod (made by LiquidGraph) lip-synched.
This addon does not add voice acting though.
To use this addon, you must first download The Lost Spires mod from here: www.lostspires.com
Then you must download this addon, extract the .7z using 7-zip or WinRAR and copy the "Sound" folder to your Oblivion's "Data" folder.
This addon was made to work for The Lost Spires v13, but it should work for the olders versions as well.
