Description
This mod adds over 300 npcs and 4 New Evil factions to Cyrodill.
The dark legion Fallen Scars and Orsinium Orcs. Does not change leveled lists but they all level up with you. There are vampire hunters, Mercenaries,Fighter guild members, Mitilia, and local race population are added to all of the cities. There are mercs in Anvil,Bruma, and Cheydinhal. Vampire hunters are around Cyrodill. Fighter guild members outside vilviran and in Cheydinhal. And Mitlia at Bruma, Chorrol, and skingrad. Added some more npcs in v 1.1 and deleted some "useless" ones that just cluttered. Added extension to Cursed Mine west of skingrad, adds a door to the right of the entrance (inside look @ screens) to the ruin where you will find the Fallen Scar. Vampire Hunters now attack Vampire players. Added Vampire hunters around the world along with the very rare and powerful Witchers (monsterslayers) Added Map Markers and dungeons with factions in it. Also added npcs to all cities but IC. Thiefs steal from npcs (not you) and might be killed by guard unless you have guards that arrest npcs.
Read 1.3 Readme - Have added Scourge and Knights of the Half Moon. If you want more info on Knights visit thier cabin and read the book. Also gives hints on other locations. Added a lot to this version I totally fixed and overhauled the AI and there are about 7 Dungeons total (I think) You will find lots of combat as they are also around Cyrodill. If you don't get epic battles then something is wrong. Throughly Tested and perfect with any Overhaul mod (not sure about FCOM I hear there are problems) Read the readme a lot more info and just playing the mod.

Read reame for more info. To have knights attack the Major Scourge Offensive find them around that area only and if they start traveling when they are near you then great if not then just talk to everyone of them and they will go as well.

Compatiblity/Bugs
Works perfect with Fran and OOO havent tested MMM haven't edited anything vanilla that would hurt the game.

Factions
The Fallen Scar is a lineage of High elfs who have been
exiled from Summerset Isle. They hide West of Skingrad.
The Dark legion is a number of dark elfs underthe leadership of a demora lord.They attack Chorrol in the spring at the beginning of every month. While the orsinium orcs are the remanents of the orcs from the war of skyrim that seek Revange at Bruma. Who attack the back gate of Bruma in winter every start of each month. (defended by mitilia) Fallen Scar faction can be found in the Ruins under the cave of Cursed Mine. Skingrad Mitilia will raid the cave every Tuesday to look for them. So far no Fallen have been found. Tho there have been some Dark legion activities in the area.... Scourge are a number of sentinal Bloody Skeletons that have started a offensive on All of Tameriel. They are very strong don't take them alone. The Knights of the Half Moon are a group of monsterslayers added throughtout Cyrodill to protect and defend all of its cities. They are the main defense against the Scourge. Look out for those mapmarkers they are your key to finding more than you think.

1.5 Complete Dark Legion Quest line. Fixed quest lines. Fixed mesh problems. Added map markers. Added the 2 towers in dark oblivion.
Fixed Orsinium quests. Added one more Orsinium Quest. Added Fallen Quests. Added new armor - Dark Lord Credits Zhemoc.
Fixed a bunch of AI/npc problems. Added CM partners script to most of the Npcs. Made questlines more stable. Many more
added but minor details such as Fallen Potions, spellmakingplace in Fallen, etc.

1.45 New quests for everyfaction and another worldspace. A lot of Quest fixes with dialouge. Deleted another shield.
Added the most needed meshes for the blood skeleton sorry guys I forgot if you never had them. THe quests will keep
getting more complex as I add on to this mod. If you are upgrading I advise you reload the mod at least. Added Inner
Keep to Ancient Bravil. Added on to Orsinium Refugee near Bruma. I am hoping the 1.5 Release will be the final as
the last 2 updates were to bugfixes and stuff missing just happened I added a lot of content with it.


1.4 Quests and new things await. This is still beta for final release. Can Join Dark Legion, Fallen Scar, and Orsinium Factions.
Dark legion, Orsinium Orcs and Fallen Scar has quests. I added merchants to Orsinium Refugee. Added Armor to Scourge with helms.
Added Knights HQ and fixed some of thier AI. Added Dark Legion's Own Oblivion World with a cave (towers not usuable yet).
For hint on quests look in journal not hard but can be tricky. Added Ability to recruit Dark legion and Fallen Soldiers.
Added at least 4 dungeons or so look at screens. Oh and I removed some shields to fit download and remove some problems
and removed helm. Added Sword and helm meshes and textures. I might remove shields in last release not sure.
Fixed Factions Relations they will now attack and not attack when appopriate. Added on to Orsinium Refugee. Fixed Champion
Scourge Weapon to scale to level. fixed Scourge difficualty and made recruits more durable overall. Fixed the second Dark
Legion quest and added Orsinium Quest.


Version 1.3 Has Total AI, a lot of dungeons and Npcs all around Cyrodill. Adds Scourge and Knights of the Half Moon faction. Has Orsinium orcs raiding around Cyrodill look at screens or Knights of the Half Moon Cabin for clues. Also Added Dark legion Enclave and 2 Refugees for Orcs. A bunch of Knight camps. Fixed lighting in dungeons that had problems. Gave scouts weapons they lacked. Renamed some AI that might have caused conflicts if you had any. You will find lots of battles and most are between factions or 2 against you.
I updated 1.3 to have full version and some minor changes refering to mercs.

Version 1.25 Adds 2 more dungeons and fixed map markers. These dungeons are a lot better compared to the last 3. New robe and helm + a few shields credits to PJ. Saved 1.2 as a base for future releases its a toned down version of the mod. 1.25 and up will have dungeons and thier own leveled list. Wont ever change vanilla leveled list.

Version v1.2 Adds more Dungeons, map markers, many fixs, overhauls the equipment for the faction, and adds even more npcs, Adds shield made by mickthemage. Adds Witcher, Sailors and dockworkers to Anvil, Vampire Hunter Masters, Fallen arcane mage, Thiefs that steal and more. NO LONGER REQUIRES SI.

Version v1.1 now adds another faction The Fallen Scars, a lot more AI, deleted some npcs that were "useless", added new types of npcs, extendtion to Cursed Mine and the new "Raid" feature to the Skingrad Mitilia. Balanced the factions gear and loot. This version is a lot more better performance wise if you ever had issues.

Upload to any site, and addon to it, I'm not longer working on any of my mods.
