About this mod
Beautiful house created for Adventurer\'s who enjoy displaying their items. Includes a huge Armory, Library, Living Quarters, and an Indoor Garden. There\'s also a Cottage that overlooks a small Lake with Waterfalls.

*** This house is for Adventurer's and Item Collectors ***
A Massive Armory designed to display alot of items, and there are Pedastals for Mannequin's, but they don't look out of place if you don't use them. There are 3 other secions to the house. A massive indoor garden, a Living quarters with a Dining hall, 2 servant's quarters, and the Master Bedroom, and then there's the Library.
There are also 4 NPC's. 2 Servants who walk around and enjoy their hobbies (Author and Artist). There is a merchant NPC who sells Arrows (god knows we needed one), and a Librarian. In later patches I may have the Librarian do more, but for now she just wanders the library, and reads occasionally.
Requires a small quest to get the Castle, and seeing as this is my first mod, I don't think a huge legendary quest is in order.

Shivering Isles expansion pack, and the latest Oblivion Patch.
*** Installation ***
Copy the Data folder from the .rar into your Oblivion folder, click 'Yes to All'.
*** About this Mod (and the Author) ***
I prefer my quests to be a little bit harder, so there are no Indicator arrows on where you have to go. I include a Walkthrough for anybody that gets lost, but it's really not that hard.
