Moving Paintings beta

This mod adds moving paintings to the game. Similar to the Harry Potter movies. The paintings move like a video, trees sway in the wind, people blink etc... This is the beta, so I'm not sure how it will perform on different systems. There are 2 paintings in this release a portrait & a landscape. You can find both in the Skingrad Mage's Guild. Please check them out & tell me if you think this mod is worth expanding.

This mod opens up a whole new area of Oblivion modding, ANIMATED TEXTURES. This is a simple mod, but I believe that it is possible to animate textures on more complex objects. For example: wiggling bugs on the ground, color changing clothing & armor, animated windows etc...
