Balvarran Castle. Located on the eastern shores of the Upper Nbben has a map marker - no quest or buying fee. Contains a Magic Hall with enchanting and spellmaker, A Treasury for all the goodies, plus the usual castle rooms. This was designed with the addition of the Reznod manequin mod in mind so plenty of places for them but not necessarily required, however, Shivering Isles is needed.
