Hi this is my second upload on tes nexus, What this mod does is decrease the exp given to each skill, so now not only will your levels seem more earned, its also gives trainers abit more of a reason from the start of the game other than being something for higher levels with alot of money.
Note: Please inform me of any Bugs or Mod Conflicts.
