This mod places a small but practical house between the Imperial Prison and the sewer exit where you first emerged from the tutorial. There is a small garden with a few plants to harvest and all containers inside are safe to use. There is no real 'clutter', this is just a very basic house to store things in, with a bed to rest in of course.
