These are a set of 2 different clock hands, as requested by WillieSea for his Clocks of Cyrodiil Mod.
The meshes supplied within are resources for anyone to use. Textures for these meshes are best left as single style metals (metal textures that cover the entire dimensions). Any completely metal texture should do a good job with the hands for textures.
Their are 2 folders. New havok contains the modified Hands with new havok collision added to it. UnchangedHavok contains the clock hands with the havok supplied by the original base hands. Both are supplied in the case that the new havok causes lag somehow.
