Description:
--------------------------------------------------------
If you feel like the Imperial Dragon armor is a meager reward for all the hard work you've put in to save Cyrodiil, then perhaps you'd enjoy a luxurious home in one of the trendiest neighborhoods of the Imperial City.

This mod rewards the player with a house in the Talos Plaza District when they complete the Main Quest.

Players completing the quest after installing the mod will receive the house from Chancellor Ocato when he names you Champion of Cyrodiil. Players who have already completed the quest before installing the mod will receive the key to the home immediately, as long as it has been two weeks since they became Champion and their Imperial Dragon armor has already been crafted. If it has not been two weeks yet, then the player will receive the key and ownership of the house once the two weeks have passed. There is no need for the player to have picked up their armor yet.

Here's a patch for this mod + ImpeREAL City: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/42368/ (thanks to dreamed1)

Installation Instructions:
--------------------------------------------------------

The .esp file is all you need for this mod. Copy this file into your Data folder (usually found under C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data) and then activate it by checking it under Oblivion's Data Files button in the loader screen.

I do not know of any potential conflicts for this mod. I do know that it doesn't conflict with the Your Imperial City House mod or any other mod I have installed. If you do find a conflict, please let me know.

If you are already using a previous version, there should be no problem with simply replacing the old .esp file with the new one. There is no need to remove objects stored inside the house. The only exception to this is if you had things laying on the floor in a place that I put new furniture, which is unlikely, but you may want to make an extra save just to be sure. I am keeping the 1.0 version on TesNexus.com in case anybody would like to revert to the older version without the housekeeper.

--------------------------------------------------------
Features of the house:
--------------------------------------------------------

- Conveniently located in the Talos Plaza district of the Imperial City
- Some minor rewards for the player to enjoy
- Lots of storage
- A housekeeper

This house was specifically designed to be elegant and practical without being what I would consider a cheat. It is free in the sense that it costs no gold to buy and upgrade, but you cannot use it until you complete the main quest, which takes some effort.

I tried to avoid making the house strongly themed towards certain kinds of characters, but it is after all meant to be the kind of house you'd get from the Elder Council for heroically saving the Empire from imminent demise. There is a small shrine in memory of Martin, and the books are a mix of religious and historical. The decor is mostly upper class. Besides keeping it neutral enough for most character types, I also wanted it to fit in naturally in the Talos Plaza district.

The Breton housekeeper Corinne Morin currently offers no services, but this may change in a future version. She visits the market once a week and takes weekends off. She is marked essential only until the player acquires the house--after that she can be killed, so be kind to her!

This mod was created by Deandra at the UESP (username Merilia at TESNexus since the name Deandra was taken), but the project was actually started by lowbart, who got the idea from Morwen ( http://www.uesp.net/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=5884 ). Thanks to everyone at the UESP who helped me learn about modding! Also, thanks to lowbart for giving suggestions and writing the letter from Ocato, and to Jeff for suggesting that I host the file here.
