About this mod
This mod adds a gun, Blunderbuss, to Oblivion. Its a combination of 3 mods \"Blunderbuss v1.2\" \"Boomstick v0.1\" and \"SoulGun\".I can not take much credit for this mod. In fact the three previous mods contain the true work used in this mod. For my part I have re textured the gun, and altered the mesh to make the gun similar to its real world cou

ThunderGun (Blunderbuss)
This mod adds a gun, Blunderbuss, to Oblivion. Its a combination of 3 mods "Blunderbuss v1.2" "Boomstick v0.1" and "SoulGun".I can not take much credit for this mod. In fact the three previous mods contain the true work used in this mod. For my part I have re textured the gun, and altered the mesh to make the gun similar to its real world counterpart. I also altered the enchantment script to make the gun more balanced in the game world.The gun can use 3 rounds before it needs to be recharged. The guns damage is 500 damage per round. It may seem like a lot but balanced with only being able to use 3 rounds max, should keep it well balanced. The gun is not extremely expensive to recharge, 1 round is equal to 1000 enchant. This will allow a player to more easily enchant the weapon on the go with soul gems. I have also included a cheat esp for testing purposes. Its not meant to actually be used in game but it is up to the player to make that decision. The weapon was left discarded near the trash piles in the Imperial City market district (See picture location in file).

These weapons are alien to Tamriel. Many scholars (Mages) of the day have speculated on the origin of these weapon. The only known information is that the weapon uses some kind of substance to propel a projectile from the cylinder, as far as the mages know this substance does not exist in Tamriel. Mages have been able to use destruction magic to power the the projectiles. Unfortantly due to the amount of enchantment needed and how few rounds are available it has never been recognized as weapon worthy of production. And so it has become a forgotten relic from an alien world all but forgotten to Tamriel.

This mod will conflict with any mod that uses Mehrunes Dagon Custom Effect Magic Effect. Also the Gun sound effect is set up as an area sound on the spell, so if you fire at a target that is far away, the sound will be quiet or nonexistent.
