Installation-Simply copy the Weye Manor.esp file over to bethesda softworks/oblivion/data and
then when the launch menu of the game comes up click on Data Files and check Weye Manor.esp
and click OK. So there Ya Have it.

Description-Weye Manor is a House mod located Approx. 50 metres up the road from Weye. Outside it has a Alchemist garden out the front, a stable for your horse or horses (and the Stable also Already Has a black horse named Thunder inside it). Inside you have a bunch of Statues for decoration on the first floor plus a dining area and food storage area . Upstairs you have a book reading area, a study, a storage room, a couple weapon racks,a clothes storage area and a sleeping area. You also get a Dog named Charlie(after my dog) that hangs around down stairs near the statues.
