Description

This mod adds a small lair for the player to live in southwest of the Imperial City stables. (There is a map marker added) The lair is made for dark characters, especially those
who thought that Vile Lair (the official Bethesda dark-character-lair) was too nice for you. This one is a bit more evil in my opinion.)

Things to NOTE

This mod may NOT be modified and uploaded on another site. You may NOT upload it on another site even though you havn't modified it. Plain and simple: DO NOT UPLOAD THIS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!!
You should also note that this mod may be incompatible with: Unique Landscapes City Isle and all other mods that alter that specific spot on the City Isle

INSTALLATION

1. Extract the EvilLair.rar to you Oblivion/Data folder
2. Open your Oblivion launcher and select Data files
3. Check the EvilLair.esp
3. Start the game and enjoy!
