An atmospheric ruin lies under the Niben Basin waters, yours for the taking. Features a harpsichord capable of playing any music of your choice, a multitude of space for your loot and treasures and the sheer unique ambience to inmerse you in the Mist. (Requires SI)

The Mist Retreat (V1.3/Final) An aquatic themed home perfect for the tired adventurer or curious traveller using the Shivering Isle tileset and various new objects and scripts.
This unique player home features the following-
-Located in the Niben Bay (cell 20, -7) a stone throw away from the Shivering Isle gate.
-A working basin and toilet that fills and drains at a touch of a switch
-An elegant harpsichord that plays ANY SONGS (in wav.the readme explains the setup)
-An activatable fountain and bath area
-Various flora in a hidden wall cavity.
-Plenty of storage for your goodies and mannequins
-Never seen before moving water paintings + other themed decorations for a soothing appearance
-Display cases - SI and retextured vanilla ones
-Enterable vault rooms with glass display racks
And an optimized version for better framerates
