This Mod adds a bit of Christmas mood in Arcane University which located in south east of Imperial City.
Places I changed are below;

*Arch-Mage's Tower Council Chambers (Arcane University 2nd floor)---Add a Christmas Tree. Cakes and meals are ready on the table. Also I changed the round table and tapestries for a party.

*Arch-Mage's Quarters (Arcane University 3rd floor)------Add another Christmas Tree. I changed the bed and chairs and tapestries in the room to make more warm atmosphere.
----[How to install]--------------------------------------------
Copy all data in Oblivion/Data folder.
(I recommend to use Oblivion Mod Manager always.)
There are two esp files.
KemoXmasTree.esp---which adds Christmas trees.
KemoXmasRoom.esp----which changes the decoration of the rooms.

I recommend to use both esp files together, but if you like just one, you can do it.
