Now you aren\'t stuck with one hairstyle for your entire adventuring career. Visit A Cut Above in the Imperial City to dye and/or style your hair however you want.

Ever wished you could change your characters' hair? That scruffy mop unbefitting the Duke of Kvatch? Your elabourately-coiffured masterpiece a bit daft to wear down a dungeon? Turns out blondes don't actually have more fun? Okay, there's no actual reason for you to ever change your hair but god dammit I made a hairdressers anyway. Now "A Cut Above" in the Imperial City Market District can change your hair style or colour, including to those you can't select at Chargen.
FEATURES
-Dye your hair one of eight preset colours
-Use any of the default (i.e. non-Ren's) hairstyles
-Orcs can use Orc hair of either sex
-Khajiit can use Khajiit hair of either sex
-Humans/Elves can use any sex-appropriate hair from any human/elf race (so Afro Elves are now possible).[/list]
KNOWN ISSUES
-You have to save, quit and restart Oblivion to update your hair. It's a bit of a bother, but it can't be done any other way.
-You can't change the hair length slider, just style
