Mesh and dds files for the Helm that the Lich wears in vanilla Oblivion. You'll have to add Your own stats:
ie. Light or Heavy Armor or any Magic effects.
Your'r wellcome to use it in any of your Mods. Just remember that the design and texture belongs to Bethesda.
I don't know how this upload works! For some reason it would not allow me to upload the zip file extension. So I just uploaded the file name only. You'll have to convert it back to .zip
