Note: All these mods I did without and others enabled not even Oblivion so none of these mods should conflict with your game if they do email me @ [email protected] first and if I do Not email you Back within 2 weeks,send it again to [email protected]

1: No Bounty Guard:
This Mod Allows You to attack any guard and never have a bounty, even if you attack A. Phillada and he attacks you back he should not try to arrest you but to be on the safe side Press ` and type Player.payfine

2: Xivilai Race
This is pretty much slof's xivilai race but on my computerwhen I started playing it crashed on me so this is mostly a test and the collar is attached to him as tail slot so it will disappear if you use something for a tail slot.

3: Akatosh Guardian Birthsign
this mod pretty much adds an akatsh guardian birthsign (no pic/icon) that adds 5 spell/abilitys with it you'll have to play it to find out what they are but they're somewhat considered uber so happy playing.

Installation:
to install just place all files including the readme in your Oblivion/Data Folder

also I am having problems with finding lots of meshes and textures online and if someone could help me find these things i would be very gratefull:
MESHES AND TEXTURES:
Clannfear Race
Flame Atronach Race
Texture Editor
Mesh File Editor other than NIFSCOPE
NIF-DDS file generator
White Tiger Race For Oblivion
OTHER
1-Strong Hireable People that can follow you or steal things from other people for you when you want them to.
2-Cyborg race/ armor other than cyborg gauntlets.
3-Oblivion utilities/mods/cheats/savegames/resources only website.

if anyone can help me to do any of these then I will be very grateful and will explain to oblivion sites that you should be recognised also can some one show me how to write different scripts because OBLIVIONWIKI doesnt help that well thanks
