About this mod
It allows the player to enter or leave any town in cyrodiil on horseback presently with the exception of Imperial City. The player can be on any horse, owned or stolen. Naturally you can go about town on horseback.

Introduction:
This simple mod is extracted from a much larger mod I'm working on. It is stand-alone consisting of a single ESP file.
Incompatibility:
Incompatible with Open Cities because this simple mod isn't necessary if you use these mods.
How to use the mod:
It is automatic. If you ride up to a city gate (inside or out) you will arrive at the other side of the gate within one second still on horseback.
You can dismount anywhere, leave your horse and continue on foot. The horse will wait for you as normal.
How to install and uninstall:
To install - extract the ESP file and place it in your "Oblivion/data" folder
To uninstall - delete PlayerHorseInTowns.esp
