Description
===========
Adds a spell and lesser power that check whether or not a container respawns.
Cast the spells on a container and a messagebox will appear
informing you (in a superficially "immersive" way)
whether or not that container is a safe place to store your loot.
The Spells:
Check Container (Touch)
A no cost lesser power with no visual effect.
The power is added to the players spell list automatically.
Descry Container (Target)
A novice mysticism spell that can be purchased from Calindil at the Mystic Emporium.
It's useful for checking containers from a distance.
It can also be used to knock small objects from desktops :)
Requirements

-Oblivion Script Extender (OBSE) v0013 or higher
-Any version of Oblivion supported by OBSE
