Just a simple plugin because I wanted to be able to recharge my magic items without having to pratt about with soul gems all the time.
There is a new person at the top of the steps as you enter The Arcane University, Kaleb is his name, he is dressed in all red and doesn't move very far so should be easy to find. He sells several different levels of recharge spell - These relate to the soul gem sizes. He also has a few other usefull spells which are worth a look at.
This plugin might require Shivering Isles. I have no means of testing it without Shivering Isles installed.
