The purpose of this mod is to let you just "play like a god" without any hassles or anything. Everything is set up for you to go on a 30 minute killing rampage. Travel to the Imperial Palace and annihilate the council, knock unconscious all the mages in the arcane university, etc etc. Stressed with day-to-day real life? Relieve it with this mod. Take on 10 Umbras, Sheogoraths, Dagons, Umarils all at once-Destroy them all in less than a second and leave the battle unscathed.

P.S. I dare say that there is not a character in any other mod that could defeat this character in 1v1 combat-at least, under the normal Oblivion ruleset.


Instruction:
1. Extract the mod file in the oblivion/data folder.
2. Extract the save file in my documents/my games/oblivion/saves folder.
3. Play.



Introduction

End of the God debate. This save file and the accompanying mod file will give you the most powerful character possible in the Oblivion game engine.

It pushes the limits of numbers that can be expressed through 32-bit coding-some numbers actually had to be decreased to provide reasonable gameplay. I.E. acrobatics, athletics, and speed couldn't be set too high, etc etc.

In an effort to preclude any bugs from occurring, I've tried to use items that are in the game files but are not found in-game.

I like the lightning Visual Effects in-game, so I tweaked the damage of weapons and spells until such effects were shown.

All other items on the character other than the ones listed below are there for visual effect only.


The save game starts the player with optimal setup right before the sewers.

If you start a new game, "God-ness" is not guaranteed.

Exit Sewers and fast travel somewhere outdoors to use the horse outdoors.

Closing:

I recommend using the Staff for most of your questing, as you will have a hard time repairing the other weapons.
